After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24-48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please refer to the chart below for rates. Please note that we work with numerous verified distributers to get you the most convenient shipping. As a result, products ordered together may not be shipped together, and may arrive in separate packages.

We offer FREE returns on all orders over $50 CAD!
Any brand new and unused product can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic and international orders over $50 CAD. Please contact Customer Support at email@example.com to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
For international returns under $50 CAD, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 24-48 hours.
Once your return has been received by us and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
