After your payment is verified, it may take up to 7 days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please refer to the chart below for rates. Please note that we work with numerous verified distributers to get you the most convenient shipping. While our items are shipped from Toronto, Canada, there many be instances that items may be shipped from separate warehouses based on inventory levels. As a result, products ordered together may not be shipped together, and may arrive in separate packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note that we do not offer returns. All sales are final. However, we do offer free exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
If a product you received was damaged or does not fit, you can request an exchange at no additional shipping cost. The item must be brand new and unused and in the original packaging.
Please contact Customer Support at email@example.com with your order number to process an exchange and receive a prepaid shipping label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

How long does it take to process my exchange?
Once you notify us that you would like an exchange, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 24-48 hours.
Once your item(s) have been received by us and it complies with our exchange policy, we will notify of you when your new product(s) ship.
Please remember to include the following in your email: your order number, the product you wish to exchange, and the new product you request to receive, and size (if applicable).
